While we do our best to select appropriate material for the projects we are apart of, there is no warranty for any product produced by Big Island Wood Products, LLC, written or implied. There are to many variables involved In the use and processing of the locally grown woods for us to accommodate every possible condition. Additionally once the product leaves our location we have no control over the conditions it would be stored in, the changes in humidity or dryness, or the manner in which an installer chooses to acclimate or install. While there are many installers we have worked with, we make no recommendations, and encourage the customer to do the appropriate research to find one with the proper experience and understanding of the locally grown hardwoods.
